We want your jacket, tee or hoodie to fit the way you ride. If something is not right, this policy explains how to send it back. Urbanvelowear is operated by Urbanvelowear Boutique, and this policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.
- 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return
- Free return shipping with a prepaid label once your return is approved
- Refunds issued within 2–5 business days after we inspect your return
Return window and eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
Approval is required
All returns must be approved before you send them. Items sent back without an approved return request may be refused.
How to return an item

- Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back using the label.
- We inspect the returned item(s) when they arrive.
- We issue your refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may need additional time to show the credit in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will send a replacement, issue a refund or offer another solution, at no cost to you. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

- This policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
